‘The Transporter’ Competition terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms and conditions: The Transporter competition’ (“the Competition”) is a competition run by Trade Me Limited (“Trade Me”). You agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you cannot participate in the Competition and cannot win. Trade Me may amend these terms and conditions by notice to you at any time, by either updating these terms and conditions, or posting on http://game.dealerbase.wired.co.nz/

2. Eligibility: To enter the Competition, you must be over 18 years old, and an be an existing MotorWeb, Dealerbase or Autobase Customer or an employee of an existing MotorWeb, Dealerbase or Autobase Customer (“Eligible Entrant”).

3. How to enter: To enter the Competition, you must play the ‘Transporter’ game (the “Game”), and follow all Game rules, and supply the requested personal information upon successfully completing the Game.

4. Competition Period: The Competition will run from 10:00am on 11 December 2017 to 11:59 am on 31 January 2018 (the “Competition Period”).

5. Winning entries and winner notification: Each Eligible Entrant receives a score upon completing the Game. The score is calculated using the following formula: Seconds remaining in the Game upon completion x 1000 x (1 + number of parcels delivered).  A Prize will be awarded to the highest ten scores at the close of the Competition Period. Each winner will be notified using their nominated email address. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if the initial winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification. If there is a dispute regarding the winners, you agree that Trade Me’s decision is final.

6. The Prize: The entrants with the three highest scores at the close of the Competition Period ranked by recency, will each receive a customised hamper valued at $100. The entrants with the next seven highest scores at the close of the Competition Period ranked by recency, will each receive a $50 Prezzy Card. Prizes will be couriered to each Winner’s nominated address. Additional Prezzy Card terms and conditions may apply.

7. News and updates: You agree to receive updates from Trade Me Motors about this competition, and other content related to the motors industry. You are able to unsubscribe from this correspondence by following the instructions in the footer of each email.

8. Winner announcement: By entering the Competition you agree to participate in publicity related to the Competition. If you win, Trade Me may use your full name, dealership name and location in announcing the winner and in promotional material, such as the Trade Me Motors Dealer Newsletter, and on social media.

9. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any entrant or Prize winner (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or Prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims to the value of the Prize.

10. Privacy Act: Trade Me will collect and hold personal information such as your name, email address and bank account, in order to notify you if you win and pay you the Prize, in accordance with the Trade Me Privacy Policy.
